Tesla rejects Bitcoin

Planning to buy a Tesla with Bitcoin? You may have missed your chance. Tesla has suspended Bitcoin purchases due to environmental concerns. Bitcoin uses a huge amount of energy to create (mine) new currency and to process transactions, and at the moment that’s coming from burning fossil fuels like coal. House price inflation

A UK house price gauge has hit its highest level since 1988, according to the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). More of its property surveyors are reporting house price rises than at any other time in the last 3 decades. It also says buyer demand is going up in every region in the country, but the number of properties coming to the market has slumped since March.

Back to the office?

Boris Johnson says the advice to work from home will come to an end on 21st June, as long as the coronavirus roadmap continues as planned. The issues of social distancing and the future of work are still under review ahead of the next step of lockdown easing.
